Demo and quotation requests go through /demo.
Demo, quotation, and Audit & Assurance review requests run through the /demo form rather than email — the form fields surface the context (capacity, mixed-OEM, hybrid configuration, country) that lets us prepare the right call. Sending the same request as an email creates a back-and-forth where the form would have captured it cleanly.
What we do with what you send us.
Email correspondence with LumeTrax is used to respond to your inquiry. We don't enrich it from third-party data brokers. We don't share it with sales-intelligence platforms. We don't add you to a marketing list without explicit opt-in. Data retention, deletion request handling, and the lawful basis for processing are detailed in the privacy notice.
