Solution
Multi-OEM portfolios run on multi-OEM portals. Until you fix that.
One tenant. Every major OEM ecosystem on day one. Modbus, IEC 61850, SunSpec, MQTT, OPC UA, OEM APIs. LumeTrax® consolidates fragmented portfolios into one operating layer — without locking you into the vendor stack of whoever you happened to buy from last year.

Four inverter brands means four logins, four alarm philosophies, four historians, four reporting templates.
The operator stitches the picture together by hand. The asset owner sees a different version. The lender sees a third. When the lender's IE asks for plant-by-plant performance against PPA, the answer takes three weeks because the data lives in four different schemas, each with a different definition of availability, a different alarm taxonomy, and a different reporting cadence.
Adding a plant to the portfolio means a fifth portal, a fifth login, a fifth definition. Mixed-vintage equipment makes it worse — the same OEM's portal in 2019 isn't the same as their portal in 2024, and neither is the same as their portal for the equipment they discontinued in 2022.
The standard fix is to hire someone to maintain the spreadsheets. The other fix is to put the portfolio under one tenant.
What changes — and what doesn't
Connect the equipment. Keep the equipment. Replace the operating layer.
LumeTrax is protocol-first. We connect to your existing equipment over the protocols it already speaks — without you replacing inverters, BESS, switchgear, trackers, or DG controllers. The OEM portals stay where they are (typically as warranty / claim interfaces); LumeTrax becomes the operating layer above them.
- Your equipment, your warranty, your OEM relationshipsThe portal you live in daily
- Your contracts, your PPAs, your insuranceThe reporting template — same plant truth across all sites
- Your O&M contractor, your operator teamTheir access scoped under one tenant with audit trail
- Your historical data (where extractable)The historian platform, with documented data continuity
The migration is a defined project, not a re-platform. The Core questionnaire surfaces what's connectable as-is, what needs additional ingestion work, and what data history is portable.
Vendor-agnostic by architecture · protocol-first integration
Speak the protocols the field already speaks.
Core integrates with every major inverter, BESS, switchgear, tracker, met station, and DG controller ecosystem over the protocols those ecosystems publish. We add an ecosystem when the field needs it. We don't sell the integration back as a premium tier.
Modbus TCP / RTU · IEC 61850 · SunSpec · MQTT · OPC UA · OEM APIs
One tenant. One alarm philosophy. One historian. One reporting template.
Portfolio-wide oversight
Every plant under one tenant. Same KPI definitions across every site. Plant ranking that reflects performance, not definition drift.
Workflow under one roof
Alarms become tickets in Asset Manager. SLA-tracked. Audit-trailed. Same workflow whether the asset is single-OEM or multi-OEM.
Lender-ready reporting
Performance computed to lender-grade definitions. Source-linked figures. Period-over-period comparability across the same template, every quarter.
No vendor lock-in
If you later buy from a different OEM, LumeTrax connects to the new equipment. No platform migration triggered by a procurement decision.
Live deployment.
