Premium signaling — saves both sides time
LumeTrax is built for utility-scale and hybrid renewable assets. Some scopes are not the right fit for v1.
- Your portfolio is residential rooftop or small commercial PV (single-OEM, no contracts that require finance-grade reporting).
- You only need a basic OEM monitoring portal — your inverter vendor's portal already covers single-OEM consumer-style monitoring, and we don't compete on that ground.
- Your goal is a free trial or self-serve evaluation (we start with a 30-minute call, not a sandbox).
- You're evaluating SCADA hardware brands rather than a software platform (different decision; happy to point you to the right vendors).
If any of those describe you, the platform may not justify itself. We'll say so in the scoping call rather than running you through a six-week sales process.
What we do with what you tell us.
Your form data goes to one inbox — info@lumetrax.com— and is used to respond to your request. We don't enrich it from third-party data brokers. We don't share it with sales-intelligence platforms. We don't add you to a marketing list without explicit opt-in.

Frequently asked questions
- Yes. The 30-minute scoping call and the subsequent demo are no-charge, no-commitment.
- No. The most useful demos run against the customer's own portfolio (anonymised data optional, never required), but we'll run a structured tour of the platform on synthetic data if you prefer. Either format covers the same ground.
- Whatever you put in the form is enough to schedule. The Core questionnaire — the detailed scoping document — is shared at the demo, not before, so the call doesn't turn into homework.
- Yes. Bring whoever needs to see it — operators, asset owners, lender's IE, EPC. The demo is shaped around the audience.
- No. The platform is enterprise infrastructure software for operating renewable assets — not a self-serve product. The relevant evaluation is a structured demo against your portfolio.
- Site-dependent. A standard utility-scale single-OEM plant with documented register maps typically commissions in weeks. Mixed-OEM brownfield portfolios take longer. The questionnaire surfaces the variables before commercials.
- If we're a fit, we schedule the demo. If we're not, we say so in the call rather than dragging out a sales process.
