Privacy notice.
How LumeTrax® handles the personal data you give us through this site, the demo / contact forms, and email correspondence. Customer operating data on the platform is governed by the customer DPA / MSA — see /security.
Final-form privacy notice ships with launch. The substance below is the policy as it stands today.
What data we collect
From this site, we collect only what you submit through the demo / contact forms or email correspondence — name, work email, company, role, country, and any context you volunteer about your portfolio. We do not run sales-intelligence enrichment on submitted emails. We do not share form data with third-party brokers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry. We do not add submitters to a marketing list without explicit opt-in. Operational metrics (page views, referral source, anonymised session data) are processed for site analytics on a privacy-respecting cadence, without identifying individual visitors.
Lawful basis
Contractual necessity (responding to a request you initiated) and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, site analytics). Where consent applies (e.g. marketing opt-in), we ask explicitly.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for the duration of the active engagement plus a reasonable follow-up window. After that, it is deleted on a documented cadence unless a legal-hold or contractual obligation applies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Send a request to info@lumetrax.com with the subject "Privacy question". We respond within 1 business day and substantively within 10 business days, or per the regional regulatory requirement, whichever is shorter.
Customer operating data
Personal data carried on the platform during commercial engagement is governed by the customer DPA / MSA. The seven data-neutrality commitments published on /security are contractual, not aspirational.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for session and security may be set on form submission; analytics, where present, runs in a privacy-respecting mode without per-user identifiers.
Updates to this notice
Material changes are noted at the top of this page with the effective date. The current version is the one in force.
Status: The final-form privacy notice ships with launch and is jointly reviewed with counsel. The above describes the policy in force today.
