Solution
For owners and operators who measure their portfolio in megawatts, not screenshots.
LumeTrax® is the operating platform for IPPs, developers, and large C&I asset owners running multi-site, multi-OEM, hybrid renewable portfolios. Portfolio-wide oversight, lender-grade reporting, multi-stakeholder access — without the platform's parent company also competing for your next project.

Multi-stakeholder, multi-site, multi-OEM, multi-contract.
An IPP portfolio doesn't sit on one inverter brand. It sits across procurement decisions made over multiple years, often through different EPCs, often with different financing structures and PPAs. The operating layer that worked for Plant 1 in 2018 doesn't work for Plant 7 in 2026 — and the lender, the insurer, the asset-management committee, and the contracted O&M team all need to read the same plant from their own perspective.
The day-to-day decisions an asset owner actually makes don't fit the OEM portal lens. Which plant is underperforming this month? — needs cross-site benchmarking against weather-normalized expectations. Is the diesel hybrid burning more than it should? — needs dispatch attribution and fuel-savings reporting against a contractual baseline. Is the lender going to ask covenant questions next quarter? — needs DSCR-relevant operating metrics aggregated to the level the debt was written at.
A standard SCADA gives you what's happening now. An asset-owner platform has to give you what's happening over time, across sites, against contracts, for everyone with a stake — and do it without becoming the thirteenth tab nobody opens.
One tenant. Every plant. Every vendor.
The same hierarchy on screen one and screen one-thousand-and-one.
Every plant in the portfolio sits under one tenant — the LumeTrax hierarchy is Client Organization → Portfolio → Plant → Subsystem → Asset → Tag/Point/Event. Add a new plant under an existing tenant and your KPIs, your audit trail, your access control, and your reporting templates update on the same login. No second instance to provision. No second contract to negotiate.
Cross-site benchmarking, plant ranking, white-space identification — all run against the same definition of PR, the same alarm taxonomy, the same downtime classification. The output is a portfolio view that reflects actual performance, not definition drift between sites.
Same plant truth. Five audiences. One source.
| Stakeholder | What they see |
|---|---|
| Asset owner / executive | Portfolio aggregate · OPEX per MWp · DSCR-relevant operating metrics · period energy delivered vs. PPA |
| Asset manager | Plant ranking · loss attribution · KPI variance · counterparty allocation |
| Operator / O&M lead | Real-time supervisory control · alarm-to-ticket workflow · SLA compliance · spare-part stockouts |
| Lender / IE / insurer | Covenant-relevant uptime · classified downtime · evidence packs · recoverable-vs-permanent loss |
| Third-party O&M contractor | Scoped tenant access (sees only authorised plants) · audit-trailed actions · SLA reporting |
Access is scoped to plant, function, and authority level. Cross-tenant data sharing is governed by the data-neutrality policy on /security. Owner sees what owner sees, contractor sees what contractor sees, lender sees what lender sees — same source of truth, different lens.
The difference between dashboard and decision
Operating evidence built to the level a debt covenant was written at.
Performance Ratio, availability, capacity factor, energy delivered against PPA, contracted-vs-actual deviation — aggregated to the level the debt was written at, not the level an OEM portal exports. Audit-ready evidence packs that don't take three weeks to assemble. Period-over-period comparability across the same template, every quarter, for the same asset, every year.
When the lender, the insurer, or the asset-management committee asks "is this DSCR sustainable?" — the answer is one query against a source-linked record, not a forensic spreadsheet exercise.
Aligned to the asset, not to a counterparty stack
A platform that doesn't compete for your next project.
LumeTrax is platform-only. No OEM allegiance, no EPC counterparty stake, no IPP customer-acquisition incentive. Customer operating data underwrites the customer's decisions — not someone else's bid for the customer's next project. Independence is structural, not asserted.
The data-neutrality policy on /security documents the seven concrete commitments — published on the website AND contractual in the customer DPA / MSA. Cross-portfolio benchmarking is opt-in and anonymised. No commercial use of customer data outside contracted scope. No data resale.
Live deployment.
LumeTrax is running on a 14 MWp PV project in the petroleum sector, commissioned 2023.
